The name Holotropic means literally “moving toward wholeness” (from the Greek “holos” meaning whole and “trepein” meaning moving in the direction of something). In this experience we will spend 45 minutes in a deeply meditative state, lying down, and focusing on the breath with powerful music. Prepare to be guided in and out of a deeply transformational experience.
This practice is known to reduce anxiety, tension, negative thinking, and chronic stress. Some people go so far as to describe the experience as a spiritual awakening that promotes personal development, greater mental clarity, and a renewed sense of purpose.
Blankets and mats will be provided. Please bring a water bottle and journal (if desired).
