For those of you, who are looking to explore deep into yourself and ready to release what is no longer serving you - whether it is chronic body pain, brain fog, anxiety, resentment, grief, or other unregulated emotions - this is for you.
Join us for this 2 part workshop series - come to one or both events
Event 1 (11/06) - Get in touch with your body with hand massage. Learn to feel the sensations in your body to understand what your body needs.
Event 2 (11/13) - Learn to let go - release what doesn't serve you anymore.
Expect an evening of relaxation - beautiful setting, music, and sharing intentions and stories. We will do light movements and learn to be in tune with our bodies and sensations. And learn how to release the blockage in our bodies and emotions.
Bring yourself.
This is your time to rest and release stress. Optionally, bring your favorite body oil, essential oil, and/or massage tool.
Wear something comfortable and loose. We will be massaging neck and shoulders - wear something loose to gain access to your skin around shoulders. Button-down shirt or wide neck shirt will be recommended
