Focused on increasing mobility and relaxation, these sessions are appropriate for individuals with a wide range of yoga experience – from those just starting to those who are more familiar with the practice.
The first 10 minutes of each session are designed for casual interaction and provide an opportunity for participants to socialize with one another, connect with the instructor and to enjoy some nude social time.
These sessions are not clothing optional, and nudity is required. Participants are asked to please bring their own yoga mat and a towel and are encouraged to bring a full water bottle for hydration.
All male identifying individuals - and all levels of experience - are welcome in these sessions.
