Sarah's guidance style is rooted in creativity, connection, and compassion. She holds the space for you to listen to your body through intentional breathing by helping you unearth the body and breath connection with a playful approach respectful of your nervous system's needs. She brings eight years of experience teaching yoga and is continually learning through her meditation and breath practice.
Sarah began to offer breathwork sessions when she didn't bounce back from her initial infection of Covid, which not-so-gently reminded her of how temporarily able-bodied we are. It never ceases to amaze her how slow, intentional breathing helps her and those she works with create space to listen inward, set boundaries, and build self-acceptance. Those who choose to work with Sarah can expect to walk away from their time together more grounded in their inner resilience. Each session includes patterned breathing, a reflection, and space for you to remember your worth is not rooted in doing.
