Somatics is a foundational movement practice that will help you become more aware of patterns and tension that are holding you back.
You'll leave each class feeling more relaxed and grounded, and by the end of the series develop the awareness and tools to continue connecting to your body, moving with freedom, and releasing tension. We recommend attending the full series, offered at a discount, but drop-in sessions are available.
Students should bring a yoga mat. Some will be provided if necessary.
$15/class or $60 for the whole series
