Dance like our Plant Kin

An afternoon of herbal wisdom, dance, & music

We are the plants dancing, the soil, sunshine and rain. Move your body in ways inspired by the characteristics and actions of some of the herbs we lovingly work with. Let the wisdom of the plants, the words of bioregional herbalist, TQ, our dance instructor and choreographer, Mara Estes, and live music/ chill acoustic vibes by Kim Caperna guide you in movement. All of the individual motions will come together to create a ritualistic dance for us to celebrate Earth Day and honor our mother together.

Tickets are available on a sliding scale:

Tickets are non-refundable unless the event is canceled by Refuge.

IMPORTANT NOTICE:

Violence, non-consensual touching, racist, homophobic, transphobic, sexist, ageist or other discriminatory language or behavior are not allowed in our space. If someone says or does anything to make you feel uncomfortable while you’re here, let us know.
