Event Schedule:
5:30-6:00 PM - Check-in: Arrive early, set up your space, and get comfortable for an evening of growth and connection.

6:00-7:00 PM - Workshop: Dive into "Are You Kidding Me? Tools and Tips for Finding Calm in Emotionally Charged Moments," led by Christina Beauchemin and Gianna Robustiano from Get REAL. This hour-long experiential workshop combines neurolinguistics programming, neuroscience, and the calming effects of crystal singing bowls. Participants will learn actionable strategies to maintain composure and emotional resilience in challenging situations, with a focus on integrating these tools into daily life.

7:00-8:00 PM - Networking & Connections: Following the workshop, enjoy a relaxed networking session hosted by Michelle Charpentier of Charp Connections.
