Our Chatelaine, Tara Rainstrom is a trained somatic practitioner and movement facilitator. She will guide your group in a guided movement movement and/or meditation that can be integrated into your gathering as a way to open the space, as a team builder, or as a fun way to close the event. Tara will work with you to create a custom practice specifically for your group.

Our Chatelaine, Tara Rainstrom is an artist and facilitator. Activities that she offers in her Creative Expression for Kids program are designed for fun exploration of materials and themes. Tara will work with you to create a custom activity specifically for your group. Additional material fees may be applicable.

At the end of the event all you have to do is take your personal items. We take care of putting everything back in place, taking down any decorations, washing dishes, taking out the trash, cleaning floors, etc.

Let us control the chaos, and handle all the details day-of, so you can focus on what matters most - the PARTY! We will be there to make sure everything goes smoothly during your setup including coordinating the setup of the room and the food and coordinate deliveries with any vendors (up to 3 hours before the event, if applicable).

We will install any decorations that you are using for the event. We do not create balloon arches or swags but we are happy to install a pre-made one.

We provide event staff to support running your event, included but not limited to: serving & replenishing food, tending the elixir bar, helping reset the room or move furniture during event. *Does not include any of the above services
