Events & Celebrations (up to 80 people)

Whether it’s a gathering or a momentous occasion, our space is warm and inviting for any occasion. We make running events easy with all of the things you need onsite including the option to stay a night in our Whimsical Carriage House apartment.

When you rent our space you get access to our spacious grand gathering room, serving & kitchenette areas, lobby & mezzanine, and our private enclosed courtyard. We have comfortable chairs and multiple table options available for use (see Look Book for details).

Our indoor capacity is 80, however we do not recommend over 50 guests for a seated event.

Done for You (add-ons to make it easy)

  • At the end of the event all you have to do is take your personal items. We take care of putting everything back in place, taking down any decorations, washing dishes, taking out the trash, cleaning floors, etc.

  • Let us control the chaos, and handle all the details day-of, so you can focus on what matters most - the PARTY! We will be there to make sure everything goes smoothly during your setup including coordinating the setup of the room and the food and coordinate deliveries with any vendors (up to 3 hours before the event, if applicable).

  • We will install any decorations that you are using for the event. We do not create balloon arches or swags but we are happy to install a pre-made one.

  • We provide event staff to support running your event, included but not limited to: serving & replenishing food, tending the elixir bar, helping reset the room or move furniture during event. *Does not include any of the above services

Rental Packages

Weekday rates starting at $550 for 4 hours or $700 for 8 hours

Weekend rates starting at $700 for 4 hours or $950 for 8 hours

Whimsical Carriage House apartment available as add-on for additional space or overnight guests for $125/night.
